In this latest episode, we have Dr. Elizabeth “Dori” Tunstall, an award-winning Design Anthropologist, entrepreneur and author. She recently made history as the first black and black female Dean of a Design faculty at OCAD University in Toronto, Canada. Dr. Tunstall noticed the lack of representation in the design industry and wanted to address the issue and advocate for more women of color in the design field. Dori is on a national tour and has partnered with universities and Fortune 500 companies to create inclusive DEI programs for their design department.
